Hello! My name is Joanna Mijares. I’m a gameplay programmer with a passion for creative problem solving. I’ll face any technical challenge head-on and always make sure to put my best foot forward.
I am currently pursuing a M.S. in Interactive Entertainment at UCF’s Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy (FIEA) on the Programming Track. I’ll be graduating in August of 2026. I obtained my B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida in 2025.
Fun Fact: My favorite game is Stardew Valley!
